大型预焙铝电解槽直接生产铝硅钛合金试验研究

摘    要:我国储量丰富的铝土矿资源其主要特点是高硅、高钛低铁的一水硬铝石型,用于生产氧化铝的条件十分苛刻,工艺流程长,能耗高。在大型预焙铝电解槽上添加硅、钛、氧化铝直接电解生产AI-Si-Ti合金新工艺,能缩短工艺流程,减少投资,降低能耗和成本。首次在140kV大型预焙铝电解槽直接生产AI-Si-Ti的工业试验,使得该工艺在原来只在中小型自焙槽上实施的基础上有了重大突破。试验期间其平均电流效率为同比铝电解槽电流效率的90.2%,为我国铝土矿提供了冶炼优质合金材料的新途径。实现了铝土矿的综合利用,具有明显的经济效益和社会效益。直接电解所得铝硅钛合金作为中间合金,根据需要配制成各种含钛铸造合金,广泛用于汽车、摩托车工业,内燃机活塞、机械制造、电压电器等行业,大量工业试验证明在强度、热稳定性、耐磨损性能方面与传统的熔配法合金比

Abstract:China is rich in diaspore with high silicon,high titanium and low iron,which,is hard to be processed to produce alumina.A new process for direct producing Al-Si-Ti alloy in large aluminum reduction cells by adding silicon,titanium and alumina can shorten process flow,reduce investment,energy consumption and cost.The results of the experiment in 140 kA cells indicate that during experiment the average current efficiency of the cells is 90 2%.This experiment provides a new way to produce high quality alloy material.The bauxite can be comprehensively utilized and remarkable economic and social benefits can be obtained. As an intermediate alloy.the Al-Si-Ti alloy can be used to produce every kinds of Ti-containing cast alloy which is widely used in auto industry,piston of internal combustion engine,machinery building,high voltage electrical appliance,etc.Comparing with traditional alloy producing by melting/proportioning method,the intensity,thermal stability and wear resisting property of this kind alloy are much better.
