高校道德教育的新模式:德育环境化

摘    要:高校大学生道德观念、道德情感和道德行为的形成与发展,在很大程度上要受德育环境的制约。新时期高校德育环境呈现出开放化、潜隐化和信息化的特点,环境育人功能更为突出。通过"环境选择的训练"、"净化信息环境"、"建设德育基地"、"发展隐性德育"、"塑造校园文化"等途径优化和开发育德环境,可以营造良好的德育氛围,形成整体德育的合力,促进大学生健康成长。

Abstract:The development of moral notion, moral sensibility and moral deed of undergraduates is restricted greatly by moral environment. The moral environment of higher education is much open, covert and informational and therefore more influential. To optimize the moral environment, such measures as the training in environmental choice, the cleaning of informational environment, the establishing of moral bases, the developing of recessive morality, and the reinforcing of campus culture could be conducted in order to set up a favorable surroundings, to develop moral resultant force and to ensure a healthy growth of the undergraduates.
