矿用水基液压液生物降解性能的试验研究

摘    要:通过分别测定不同液压液在特定浓度下的化学需氧量和五日生化需氧量,对目前煤矿井下工作面液压支护设备中所广泛使用的4种水基液压液的生物降解性能进行了试验评价.结果表明,与国外的浓缩液、微乳液和常规乳化油3种水基液压液相比,MS10-5浓缩液可以显著减少化学需氧量的排放,其生物降解性能良好.
