虚拟数控机床的开发及其在教学中的应用

摘    要:利用数控加工仿真平台VERICUT开发虚拟数控机床,并将其成功应用于课堂教学和实验教学中。在VERICUT的基础上借助Pro/E的建模功能构建虚拟机床的结构模型,通过对现有数控指令系统的修改,建立能够仿真SINUMERIK802S的数控系统,并定制更适合于教学的虚拟数控机床界面。教学实践表明:虚拟数控机床不但具有安全、经济的特点,而且有利于激发学生的学习热情,能达到良好的教学效果。
