摘    要:建立了高效液相色谱法同时测定食品中的多种着色剂与防腐剂、甜味剂的分析方法,考察了流动相组成及配比、缓冲溶液浓度、柱温、流速等因素对分离的影响,确定了最佳洗脱条件和最佳检测条件.在最佳色谱条件下,8种化合物的线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9992~0.9999.样品的加标回收率均在97.6 %~99.4 %,实现了18 min内对8种化合物的同时测定.试验成功地用于食品中多种着色剂与防腐剂、甜味剂的同时检测,并具有快速、经济、准确、灵敏的特点.

Abstract:A method for the determination of many colorant, preservatives and sweeteners simultaneously by high performance liquid chromatography was researched. The effects of liquid componets, liquid amount, buffer concentration, column temperature and flow - rate on the separation and determination were studied. Under the best condition, the correlation coefficient of eight elements were in the range of 0.999 2 - 0.999 9. The added recoveries of samples were in the rage of 97. 6 % - 99.4 %, the method achieves the simultaneous determination of eight elements in 18 minutes. This method is successfuUy used to determine many colors, preservatives and sweeteners with rapidly, accurately and sensitively.
