酚醛模压复合材料制品裂纹改进措施研究

摘    要:本文简述了酚醛模压复合材料制品裂纹出现特点、产生原因等;针对这些原因提出改进思路,并从制品结构设计、模具设计、成型工艺、后处理、贮存条件等5方面采取10多项改进措施来降低或消除制品应力。经试验证明,以上改进措施有效,大大降低了制品裂纹出现,对生产实践具有较强的指导意义。

Abstract:The characteristics and the reason analysis of cracks in the molded phenolic composite parts, the kinds of stress and its cause of formation are described in this paper. Then the improvement principles and improvement ideas are put forward according to the cause, and more than ten improvement measures are taken to relieve the product stress in five aspects, such as the structure design, the mold design, the process, the post treatment and the store condition. The improvement measures are proved effective in reducing the cracks by experiments and are helpful for the manufacture of the products.
