| 摘 要： | 文章根据拍卖理论与招投标的相似性，构建招投标经济分析模型，从项目投标方（卖方）的角度分析其收益最大化的问题，得出了与竞争人数和报价分布函数相关的标价函数，并从项目招标方（买方）证明了其收益的等价性，为进行招投标经济分析提供了新的视角。

| Abstract: | This paper sets up the economic analysis model based on the auction theory and the similarity of bidding. From the item bidder side (seller) analyzes its problem of the income to maximize, and gets to distribute the related marked price function of function with the competition number and offer at the same time. It provides a new perspective for the conduct of bidding economic analysis. |
