系统法是唯物辩证法和现代科学技术发展的综合成果

对系统科学如何理解,它与现代科学技术特别是唯物辩证法的关系如何?是国内学术界非常关注的重要问题,本文认为系统是由相互联系,相互依赖、相互制约、相互作用的事物和过程组成的具有整体功能和综合功能的统一体,现代科学技术对系统思想方法提供了定量化的数学模型,从而有可能定量处理系统各组成部分的相互关系。(所以系统法可以看成是马克思主义哲学与现代技术综合发展的成果)。理论的目的全在于应用,作者通过自己工作实践的切身体会,说明了系统方法的广泛应用于各个领域,将有助于大大加速我国社会主义建设的进程。

System Approach and China's Socialist Construction

How to apprehend system science and what relations it assumes with modernscience and technology, particularly with materialistic dialectics, are importantproblems which have excited great concern in domestic academic circle. It isproposed in the present paper that a system is a unity with integral as well ascomprehensive functions, composed of entities and processes which are interrela-ted, interdependent, inter-restricted and interactive. Modern science and technologyhas provided the system approach with mathematical models to quantify it,thus rendering it possible to treat the relations among the constituetn componentsof the system quantitatively. (Therefore, the system approch can be taken asa combinatory result of the development of Marxist philosophy and modernscience and technology.) Theory is developed only for application. Through his engagement in thefield of aerospace and first hand experience, the author expounds on the poten-tiality of accelerating China's socialist corstruction by disseminating system ap-proach to various areas of endeavor.
