基于APMS-10G传感器的多点浑浊度监测系统设计

摘    要:为了实现对浑浊度的实时监测并对检测数据进行计算机管理,本文研究了APMS-10G型数字式浑浊度传感器的工作原理,设计了简易实用的RS-485总线多机通信协议.通过MCS-51单片机采集监测点浑浊度数据,以串行通信方式将浑浊度数据发给计算机.计算机端使用Windows的MSComm通信控件与各监测点进行多点串行通信,运用Access数据库对各节点的浑浊度信息进行存储、处理,并绑定MSChart控件使得浑浊度数据实时图形化显示.

Abstract:In order to realize the real time monitoring of turbidity and manage the data of turbidity measuring by computer, the working principle of the APMS-10G digital turbidity sensor is studied, and a practical RS-485 bus multipoint communication agreement is designed. Turbidity data of every point are collected by MCS-51 single-chip microcomputer and transferred to the computer by serial communication. At the computer end, MSComm communication control is used to finish serial communication with each point. Binded with MSChart control to figure turbidity data real time, access database is used to save up and dispose turbidity information of every node.
