面板堆石坝面板混凝土抗裂性能分析

摘    要:为了解决面板堆石坝面板混凝土的裂缝问题,分析了混凝土产生裂缝的主要原因,并根据小河电站面板堆石坝面板混凝土的特点,研究了温变荷载和混凝土外加剂对面板混凝土抗裂性能的影响.从工程设计的角度提出了合理选择混凝土浇筑季节,有效降低温变荷载和采用WHDF混凝土增强密实(抗裂)剂,提高混凝土自身抗裂性能等措施.使小河电站面板混凝土无一收缩裂缝产生,为提高面板混凝土的抗裂性能提供了成功的经验.

Abstract:In order to deal with the problem that the structures of concrete face-slab may have shrinking crack,this paper discusses the main reasons why crack happens,and according to the design of the concrete face-slab used in CFRD in the Small River Power Plant,we analyse the effect of both the load of temperature changes of the concrete face-slab and the additives that will be added to concrete on improving the crack resistance characteristics of concrete face-slab.In order to eliminate all cracks on the concrete face-slab in Small River Power Plant,we study,in the angle of engineering techniques,some effective measures such as choosing the most reasonable time to have concrete irrigated,reducing the load of temperature changes of the concrete faceslab,and enhancing the concrete's self crack resistance characteristics by using WHDF Reinforcement Dense(Crack Resistance) Agent for Concrete.Owing to these measures,the structures of concrete face-slab in Small River Power Plant have had smooth surfaces without shrinking crack for years,which lends successful experience to improving crack resistance characteristics of concrete face-slab.
