喇嘛甸油田污水配制高分子高浓度聚合物驱油试验研究

摘    要:大庆喇嘛甸油田聚合物驱过程中暴露出四个突出矛盾:一是采出污水外排污染环境,同时带来清水供应紧张:二是聚合物驱油成本较高,需进一步提高效益;三是超高相对分子质量聚合物能否成为高效驱油剂:四是调驱结合能否解决聚合物突进问题。通过几年来污水有效利用技术攻关,提出了采用高浓度、超高分子聚合物驱油技术方法。该技术与调剖方法相结合解决了聚合物突进问题,试验达到阶段采收率增加15.28%的好效果。矿场试验表明,清水配制母液、污水稀释高浓度超高分子聚合物驱,不仅可以实现污水利用,而且还可以提高原油采收率。

Abstract:In the process of polymer flooding in Daqing Lamadian Oil Field,there are four prominent contradictions: first,discharging produced water pollutes environment and makes clean water short;second,polymer flooding with high cost,needs to enhance benefits at next step;third,ultra high molecular weight polymer can be high-efficient oil displacement agent or not;finally,the combination of profile modification and oil displacement can solve the problem on polymer breakthrough.A new high-concentration ultra-high molecular weight polymer flooding is provided after the research for utilizing produced water efficiently for several years.The technique combined with profile modification,solves polymer breakthrough and has a good effect that recovery rate is increased by 15.28% at the stage of experiment.Field experiment indicates,mother fluid made up with clean water and ultra-high molecular weight polymer diluted by produced water not only realize the re-usage of produced water,but also enhance oil recovery rate.
