厚煤层大采高综采面配套设备的研制及应用

为了解决厚煤层开采出现的煤壁片帮、冒顶等问题,研制了一整套厚煤层大采高全厚开采的配套设备.通过分析枣庄矿业集团付村煤矿3上405开采工作面采矿地质特征,选择了合理的开采方法,并根据大采高设备的选择要求,计算了支架的额定工作阻力,结果表明,支架的额定工作阻力必须要大于6 083 kN,井下试验表明选用ZY6400-25/53型液压支架可满足生产的需要.
