摘    要:介绍虚拟样机技术特点,利用ADAMS软件建立了液压支架的虚拟样机模型;对其四连杆机构进行动力学仿真分析,并将机构模型作参数化处理;进行优化设计,实现了液压支架四连杆机构设计参数的优化。

Abstract:The paper introduces the conception and features of virtual prototype technnique. The four-bar linkage model of hydraulic support using virtual prototype technnique is established with the help of ADAMAS software. The dynamic simulation and parameterization of this model are analyzed so as to bring about optimization in designing the layout of the four-bar linkage.
