纳米SiC颗粒作为润滑油添加剂的摩擦学性能研究

摘    要:采用表面修饰法制备了聚合物包覆的纳米SiC颗粒,采用M-200环块试验机进行摩擦磨损试验,研究了表面修饰的纳米SiC颗粒添加荆对发动机润滑油(15W/40)减摩性能的影响,并利用扫描电子显微镜对磨块的磨损表面形貌进行观察,分析了润滑荆的减摩机理.结果表明:当滑动线速度为0.42m/s、载荷低于1000N时,纳米SiC颗粒的加入导致磨损失重的提高;当载荷提高到1300N时,纳米SiC颗粒的加入使磨损失重低于相同条件下以基础油作润滑剂的磨损失重;当滑动线速度为0.84m/s、载荷为1000N时,纳米SiC颗粒的加入使磨损失重为相同条件下以基础油作为润滑剂磨损失重的40%。

Abstract:SiC nanoparticales coated by polymer have been obtained, the effect of SiC nanoparticales as additives on the antiwear ability and load-carryingcapacity of engine-lubricating oil 15W/40) was investigated on M-200 model friction( and weartestingmachine. Anobservation on wearsurface was made by SEM. Theresults show that the amountof weight loss was increased in low load when adding SiC nanoparticales in low velocity 0.42 m/s); but it was lower than base oil ( as lubricant in high load 1 300 N); the weight loss is 40 percent in high velocity 0.84 m/s) of the loss lubricated with( ( base oil in the load of 1 000 N.
