CAE技术在GPS壳体注塑模缺陷分析中的应用

摘    要:利用CAE技术对GPS注塑模的成型缺陷进行分析,提出5个注塑改进方案,并进行了可行性模拟,根据模拟分析结果,提出了合理的注塑成型工艺方案。结果显示:模具CAE技术在解决注塑产品设计、模具设计及成型过程中,具有快速、准确、方便、高效等优势,可以缩短模具制造周期,降低成本,提高生产效率。

Abstract:The defects in the injection moulding of GPS were analyzed by using CAE technology.Five improved injection plans were proposed and simulated.According to the simulated analysis results,the reasonable injection molding process plans were presented.The results indicated that the advantages of the CAE technology solving the problems in design of product,mould and forming process were rapid,accurate,convenient,and high efficient.The manufacturing cycle of the injection mold was shortened,the cost was reduced and the production efficiency was improved.
