多尺度耦合方法及其在高聚物材料加工中的应用展望

摘    要:跨长度和跨层次现象以及相应的多尺度耦合反映物质世界的基本性质及多学科交叉的内禀特征,具有极其丰富的科学内涵。在材料设计及加工成型过程的模拟仿真中采用多尺度耦合方法具有极为重要的理论和工程意义。本文介绍了材料科学中多尺度的时空性质,各个不同尺度上的相关研究方法和建立多尺度耦合模型的基本思想;指出高聚物成型加工中采用多尺度研究方法的研究前景,并简要介绍短纤维复合材料的注射成型填充过程中双尺度多耦合模型的建模过程。

Abstract:The phenomena of linking length scales and multi-levels as well as the related multi-scale coupling reflect the basic nature of matter world and intrinsic character of multi-discipline cross.There will be great theory and engineering significance for introducing multi-scale coupling into the simulation of material design and processing.This paper dresses the issues on the length and time,multi-scale characteristics of material science and related methods in each scale as well as the basic ideology of erecting multi-scale modeling,pointing out the foreground of introducing multi-scale methods into advanced polymer processing.Two-scale coupling model of injection for short fiber reinforced composite materials is introduced as a illustration as well.
