几种荔枝叶挥发性成分的比较研究

摘    要:采用气相色谱—质谱(GC-MS)联用技术对五个荔枝(LitchichineseSonn)品种的嫩叶的挥发性成分进行了研究,利用MS谱图确认五种嫩叶中的挥发性成分分别为黑叶23种,三月红21种,妃子笑24种,糯米糍25种,桂味22种。它们主要是烃类、酯类、醇类和倍半萜类,共同成分有α-古巴烯、反式石竹烯、大根香叶烯D、3,4-二乙基-1,1’-联二苯、(z,z)-9,12-十八碳二烯酸甲酯、植醇等。

Abstract:The volatility chemical compounds of young leaf from five kinds Litchi Chinese Sonn were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). The 23 constituents in heiye, 21 constituents in sanyuehong, 24 constituents in feizixiao, 25 constituents in nuomici, 22 constituents in guiwei were identified respectively. The major chemical constituents of them were hydrocarbons, esters, alcohols and sesquiterpenes, α-Copaene, Trans-Caryophyllene, Germacrene-D, 1, 1'-Biphenyl,3,4-diethyl, 9,12-Octadecadienoic acid,(z,z)-methyl ester and Phytol.
