二元醇二缩水甘油醚二丙烯酸酯的合成

摘    要:以不同的二缩水甘油醚和丙烯酸为原料合成了二元醇二缩水甘油醚二丙烯酸酯单体。研究了物料配比、催化剂种类及加入量、反应温度等因素对反应速率、反应产物粘度及副反应的影响。适宜的反应条件为 :环氧基与羧基的摩尔比 1∶0 .95 ;三乙胺为催化剂 ,用量 0 .36 %;反应温度 10 0~ 110℃。在此条件下可有效地抑制丙烯酸的自聚合 ,制得酸值较低、粘度较低的题述产物。

Abstract:Glycol-diglycidyl ether diacrylate monomers were synthesized from various diglycidyl ethers and acrylic acid, and the effects of the ratio of reactants, the type and amount of catalyst, reaction temperature on the main reaction as well as the side-reaction were studied. The experimental results indicates that the optimum reaction conditions are as follows: molar ratio of epoxy group to carboxyl group=1∶0.95, mass fraction of triethylamine catalyst=0.36%, reaction temperature 100110℃. By suppressing of side reaction, the glycol-diglycidyl ether diacrylate with lower acid value and lower viscosity was obtained.
