| 摘 要： | 研究磷脂酶A1水解卵磷脂的条件,确定最佳的酶解条件为酶解温度50℃,水∶磷脂(w/w)50,反应溶液pH 8.0,酶解时间9h,添加50μL 0.3mol/L Ca2 溶液及100μL磷脂酶A1溶液。
