摘    要:本文采用电动机热模型 ,研究了因过载、不对称运行、频繁起动等故障而引起的过热时 ,对电动机实行保护的可行性。在分析电动机热模型的基础上 ,推导出了电机温度的在线离散算法。采用这种算法可以实现电机故障运行时绕组内部温度的实时计算 ,从而实现电动机的智能化保护。文中给出了基于热模型的电动机综合保护器的结构。仿真结果表明 ,基于热模型的电动机综合保护是可行的

Study on Protection Method Based on Thermal Model of Induction Motor

Abstract:In this paper, the feasibility using a thermal model to protect motors from overheating which is caused by overload, unbalance running and frequent starting etc. are researched. On the basis of analyzing the thermal model of induction motors, an online discrete algorithm for calculating heat inside of motor is proposed. By means of the discrete algorithm, the temperature inside motor can be calculated in real time so that the motor will be protected by the calculation result. The configuration of integrated motor protector based on the thermal model is presented. The simulation results show the feasibility using a thermal model to protect induction motors.
