| Abstract: | To analyze electricity network measurement system and provide the technique support for power plant economic operation.This article builds up an analytic model of the electricity measurement system for Datang Bikou Hydro Power Plant, and explains the reason of the unbalanced rate of electricity. The article also introduces the effect of the computer network technique for electricity measurement system operation. |
