Design and application of friction clutch of the single-crusher in sintering plant

There are several types of overload-protector in the single-crusher. This overload-protector of the friction clutch has the following characteristic of simple structure, small size, light weight and easy operation etc. The structure and working principle of the friction clutch used in single-crusher actually are introduced in this paper. The guidance of the mathematical formula of the main design parameter and the proper example calculations has been made. The overload-protector runs smoothly and reliably so that the expected effect has been attained after technical modification.
