论降低析出锌直流电耗的措施

摘    要:针对云南澜沧铅矿有限公司锌冶炼厂近年来的生产状况,结合理论依据,探讨降低析出锌直流电耗的措施:选用优质的阴阳极板,选择合适的极间距,控制适宜的电流密度,严格控制电解液温度,控制合理的酸锌比等等,直流电耗由3 480 kW.h/tZn降至3 249 kW.h/tZn。
