具有动态约束的齿轮传动模糊优化设计

提出了一种新的齿轮传动优化设计方法，即在齿轮传动静态优化设计数学模型中，引入临界转速比和动载系数作为动态性能约束条件；考虑了约束条件的模糊性，建立了具有动态约束条件的模糊优化数学模型；应用模糊论方法来求解此数学模型，并对实例进行模糊优化设计，结果表明，此方法是有效和实用的。

The Fuzzy Optimum Design Of Gear Driving With Dynamic Restraint

In this paper, the static and dynamic optimum method of gear driving was studied. A new design method was provided. The critical speed ratio and dynamic load factor were introduced into the static optimum model of gear driving. Considering the fuzziness of the restricted conditions, the fuzzy optimum model combined static with dynamic restrains was set up. The mathematical model was solved with the fuzzy theory. This method was applied to a practical example. The result of optimization proves that this method is exact and practical.
