论小煤矿改造模式

随着小煤矿问题的日益严峻,小煤矿的发展、改造备受重视。本文针对小煤矿普遍存在的问题,简述了国家对小煤矿的相关政策、小煤矿进行技术改造的必要性,提出了兼并、联合、改扩建三种不同的小煤矿改造模式,为小煤矿今后改造提供了很好的发展方向。

Research of Small Coal Mines Transformation Mode

As the problems of small coal mines have been increasingly serious,the small coal mines' development transformation has increasing attention.The paper is for the research objects that the problem of small coal mines and described policies of small coal mines,small coal mines and the need for technological transformation.This article proposed mergers,joint or extended in three different modes of transformation of small coal mines for the transformation of small coal mines to provide a good future direction of development.
