摘    要:针对10kV配电线路带电作业存在作业环境复杂等安全风险,采用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法对东莞某镇同塔多回配电线路带电作业的安全风险进行了评估,建立了包括作业环境、人员素质、作业机具与防护、安全作业综合管理、现场管理等配电作业安全评价指标体系,在配电线路带电作业安全评价指标体系的基础上,进行了相应的定量分析,分析了配电线路带电作业的危险因素,确定了该镇配电线路带电作业的安全等级。根据配电线路带电作业安全评价计算结果,该镇同塔多回配电线路带电作业处于较好的状态,该法为10kV配电线路带电作业安全管理提供了科学依据。

Abstract:In view of the safety risks of the 10 kV distribution line live working,such as the complicated surroundings,the site management,etc,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method(FCEM)is combined to evaluate the potential dangers of live working on the multi-circuit lines in some town of Dongguan.The safety evaluation index system of living working is established in this work and these factors include live working surroundings,live worker quality,live working instruments and protective measures,the site management,and living working management system and so on.Based the safety evaluation index system,the quantitative analysis is done to get the dangerous sources and the safety level of live working on the multi-circuit lines in this town.According to the results of the safety evaluation,the live working on the multi-circuit lines of this town is in a good state,which can provide the references for the evaluation of 10 kV distribution line live working.
