摘    要:开发了大型钢锭凝固过程三维模拟程序。利用本程序对53 t钢锭的凝固过程进行了模拟,预测的钢锭和锭模中典型测试点的冷却曲线、钢锭完全凝固时间及冒口一次缩孔形状等与商用有限元软件ProCAST的计算结果吻合良好。

Abstract:A three-dimensional mathematical model of solidification in large steel ingot has been developed.The solidification of a 53-ton industrial steel ingot was numerical simulated by the model as well as the commercial finite element software ProCAST.The present predictions for cooling curves at different characteristic positions in the solidifying ingot and in the mold,the total solidification time and the shrinkage cavity of the ingot were in good agreement with those calculated by ProCAST.
