旋转套管固井工艺技术在LG-A井的应用

摘    要:川渝气区深井超深井普遍具有高温、高压、高含硫的特点,保证优质的固井质量是杜绝气井生产过程中重大安全隐患和保证气井有效开发的关键之一。针对目前四川LG气田气井固井作业中采用常规固井工艺而造成的普遍固井质量较差的现状,提出采用旋转套管固井工艺技术来提高气井固井质量的技术思路。介绍了旋转套管固井工艺技术的基础原理、优点及其所需适用条件。旋转套管固井技术在LG气井的首次现场应用结果表明:试验井LG-A井固井质量合格率为86.52%,其中优质率为73.5%。由此证明了旋转套管固井工艺技术能大大提高顶替效率、改善界面固井质量、有效防止气窜发生,具有广阔的推广应用前景。

Abstract:Good performance of the cementing is critical to the prevention of potential safety hazards and the guarantee of the effective exploitation of the deep or ultra deep gas wells with high temperature, high pressure and high sulfur content in Sichuan and Chongqing gas fields. In view of the prevalent problem of poor cementing quality in the LG gas field, Sichuan Basin, resulting from the regular cementing technology, we present an idea of using the rotating casing cementing technology to solve such a problem there, and introduce the mechanism, advantages and its application conditions of this technology. After the first application of this technology in the well LG A, the result showed that the quantified rate of cementing is 86.52%, of which the high quality rate is 73.5%. This rotating casing cementing technology has been proved to greatly improve the displacement efficiency and the cement job quality and to effectively prevent gas migration, thus has a great application prospect.
