摘    要:CB20模块是AP1000核电站非能动安全壳冷却系统(PCS)的钢结构水箱模块,它是一个多部件组合体,外形尺寸大,结构复杂,且要在现场露天组成一个整体,其中涉及组装、焊接、运输及吊装等环节,施工难度大。本文介绍了CB20模块的组装、运输、吊装和安装等施工工艺流程,分析了CB20模块施工的重点及难点,结合现场实际情况,提出一些应对措施,尤其是对其变形的控制方面。这为后续CB20模块组安装施工及其他大型模块施工起到一定的参考和借鉴作用。

Abstract:CB20 module is a steel structure tank module of Passive Containment Cooling System in AP1000 nuclear power plant.It is a complicated combination with many components and with a large overall dimension.It will be assembled in the open air on site relating to assembly,welding,transportation and hoisting etc.,so it is difficult to conduct this construction.This thesis introduces the CB20 module assembly, transportation and hoisting construction process,analyzes the key and difficult of the CB20 module,proposes some measures,especially to control its deformation,combining with the actual situation,to a certain reference for the subsequent CB20 construction and other large module construction.
