镜反射红外光谱的原理和测试技术

摘    要:镜反射红外光谱技术在宝石学领域应用广泛,不仅可以测出透射法测不出的指纹区光谱,而且在采用背衬镜反射技术后,还可以测出宝石中含量低、但对宝石鉴定极有意义的官能团的红外光谱.采用K-K变换技术,可以消除异常色散造成的镜反射光谱的畸变,得到与透射红外光谱一样的图谱.镜反射红外光谱技术具有样品无需特殊制备、仪器结构简单、价格便宜、操作简便、快捷等优点.镜反射红外光谱技术适用面广,不受测样表面性质和透明度所限,不失为一种较为理想的无损分析手段.

Abstract:The mirror-reflection infrared spectrum technique has a broad application in gemmology.It can not only measure the fingerprint spectra of the gems which can't be measured by the infrared transmission technique,but also by using the back mirror-reflection it can measure the spectrum of function group which is very low in content in the gem mineral,which has the important significance for the identification.The distortion of mirror-reflection IR spectrum resulted from anomalous dispersion can be removed by the K-K transform technique and the same spectrum as the transmission IR spectrum can be obtained.The mirror-reflection IR spectrum technique has a lot of advantages including non-special prepared samples,simple instrument,low cost and easy operation,and it isn't limited by the surface nature and transparency of the samples.It is an ideal undestructive testing mothod with a wide application.
