| 摘 要： | 结合某预应力混凝土梁工程施工实例，就其施工方案变更的原因作了分析，阐述了移动支架法施工的具体步骤，提出了挂篮悬浇改为移动支架法后对上部结构受力及变形的变化及影响。

| Abstract: | Taking one prestressed concrete beam work as example the reasons are analyzed for changing construction scheme from balanced cantilever erection method to slide construction method and according to the latter practical construction steps are elaborated; at the same time the changes in mechanical behaviors and deformation of superstructure are analyzed as well as its influences. |
