萝芙木总生物碱的超声辅助提取工艺研究

摘    要:采用正交设计,以浸膏得率、总生物碱得率为指标,以提取溶剂浓度、提取时间、料液比、提取次数为实验因素,优化萝芙木中总生物碱的超声辅助提取工艺。结果表明,正交试验方案所得萝芙木总生物碱最佳提取工艺为:85%酸性乙醇,提取时间15min,料液比为1∶10,提取次数4次。该提取工艺稳定、可行,可为改进现有萝芙木总生物碱的提取工艺提供有益参考。

Abstract:The orthogonal experiment was adopted with the yield of extract and total alkaloids as index, and the ultrasound-assisted extraction of total alkaloids was optimized with the concentration of solvent, extracting time, ratio of raw material to liquid, extraction times as factors. The results showed the optimal extraction conditions are 10 times volume of 85 % acidic alcohol, extracting for 4 times with 15 minutes per time. This extract process is proved stable and feasible.
