冀东油田出砂井射孔套管变形分析

摘    要:以冀东油田高尚堡浅层出砂井套变统计资料为基础,分析了冀东油田疏松砂岩油藏套变部位,发现高尚堡浅层代表区块套管变形深度主要集中发生在1 850~2 000 m,与生产层位置一致。分析认为出砂造成套管失去支撑,是套管变形的原因之一,上覆岩层的压力是套变直接原因。对由于出砂、地层压力下降造成的上覆地层压力变化使套管发生变形的机理进行了分析,采用ABAQUS软件对射孔套管变形情况进行模拟对射孔套管在上覆地层压力作用下变形的形态规律进行了研究分析,为指导出砂井预防套变提供了依据。

Abstract:Based on the casing deformation statistical data of sand wells in Gaoshangpu shallow layers of Jidong Oilfield, the position or part of casing damage was analyzed in unconsolidated sandstone of this oilfield. It is figured out that casing deformation mainly occurred in 1 850~2 000 m depth in representative zone of Block Gaoshangpu, which consistent with the layers of the production formation. Analytic result believes that the sand causing loss of casing support is one of the casing deformation reasons, and the overburden pressure is the direct cause of casing deformation. The casing deformation mechanism caused by the overburden pressure change was analyzed by considering the change due to sanding and formation pressure drop. The deformation situation of perforated casing was simulated by using ABAQUS software and the perforated casing deformed shape rules were studied and analyzed under the pressure of overlying strata. This study provides a basis for preventing casing deformation in sand wells.
