| 摘 要： | 结合浙江科技学院卓越工程师教育培养计划的背景及应用型人才培养的需要,从优化课程内容体系、改进教学方式、加强课程实践教学等方面探索与分析,对生物工程专业发酵工程课程进行了教学改革,以期提高教学质量,提升学生创新精神和创新能力。经过近几年来的教学实践,发酵工程教学工作得到不断改进和完善,取得了较好的效果。

| Abstract: | Combined with the background of excellent engineers education training plan and needs of the application talents, teaching reform of the fermentation engineering course is performed by exploration and teaching methods and scene teac pract hing ice by optimizing the course content system, improving to improve the spirit and ability of originality innovation. Throu qu gh ality of teaching and to enhance students the practice of recent three years, the teaching of fermentation engineering has been improved constantly. The teaching reform has reached a good teaching effect. |
