正交设计碱提小米多糖

摘    要:研究了小米多糖的碱提工艺,考察了碱液浓度、提取温度、液固比、提取时间4个因素对小米多糖收率的影响,并用正交设计进行了4因素3水平优化,得到最优组合。结果表明,影响多糖收率的强弱顺序依次是:液固比〉提取温度〉碱浓度〉提取时间;碱提小米多糖的最佳条件组合为碱浓度0.8mol/L、提取温度80.0℃、液料比20.0∶1、提取时间1.0h,多糖收率为47.27mg/g。

Abstract:The alkali extraction process of polysacchari effects of alkali concentration, extraction temperature, des from millet was investigated. The liquid to solid ratio and extraction time on the extraction rate were studied with single-factor experiments. Then the optimization experiments of orthogonal design with four factors and three levels were carried out and the optimal conditions combination was obtained. The results showed that the order of factor influencing on polysaccharides yield is successively liquid to solid ratio, extraction temperature, alkali concentration and extraction time. The established optimum alkali extraction technical combination conditions are alkali concentration 0. 8 mol/L, extraction temperature 80. 0℃, liquid to solid ratio 20.0 : 1 and extraction time 1.0 h. Under these conditions, the yield of polysaccharides is 47.27 mg/g.
