矿渣巷旁充填胶凝材料的制备与机理分析

摘    要:通过正交试验研究了石膏、石灰、硅酸钠对矿渣巷旁充填胶凝材料早期及后期强度的影响;对胶凝材料硬化体进行了综合热分析和扫描电镜分析,探讨了矿渣巷旁充填胶凝材料的水化机理。通过试验研究发现矿渣胶凝材料中石膏石灰均存在一个最佳掺量,制备出的胶凝材料早期强度高,后期强度稳定,适合作为巷旁充填材料的胶凝材料。

Abstract:This paper researched influence of gypsum,lime and sodium silicate on early and later strength of cementitious material for stowing at one side of roadway with slag by orthogonal test.It also made comprehensive thermal analysis and scanning electron microscope analysis of rigidification body of cementitious material and discussed hydration mechanism of cementitious material for stowing at one side of roadway with slag.Test showed that there was a optimal proportioning of gypsum and lime in cementitious mate...
