摘    要:针对宽沸程物系精馏分离的特点,提出了分段设计方法,即按浓度从进料到产品分段,每段分离的纯度不同,实现热量集成。温度-负荷曲线图(T-Q图)给出了温度与热负荷的变化关系,用于浓度分段以及加热点的选取。低浓段和高浓段的划分,简化了设计过程,对高浓段强调降低用能品位,对低浓段给出了热量集成的设计方法。等价T-Q图可简化计算,方便负荷分段、集成。最后通过实例对分段设计法进行了说明和验证。

Abstract:Partitioning design strategies were provided in terms of the distillation separation characters of wide-boiling system.The whole separation process from feed to product was divided according to separation concentrations into several subtasks between which heat integration could be realized.A temperature-thermal load(T-Q) curve was built,the reasonable allocation of heat sources with different temperatures was discovered visually,and the operation parameters coincided with design specs were found.Partitioning of Low-Concentration(LC) section and High-Concentration(HC) section simplified the design process.For section HC,the primary work is to reduce the temperature of heat sources,and for the section LC,heat integration is very important.The equivalent T-Q graph is convenient to apply the partition and integration,and easy for calculation.One example was given to explain and validate the partitioning design strategies.
