摘    要:本文对有机聚合物导调制器的重叠积分进行了详细计算,着重讨论了器件的几何参数对重叠积分的影响。

Abstract:In this paper,the overlap integral factors in polymeric waveguide modulators are calculated.The influence of geometric parameters of electrode on performances of devices are discussed in detail.The slotline is suggested to be used as ground electrode and the overlap integral factors in modulators with two kinds of electrodes are compared.Research shows that the modulation efficiency of devices can be controlled by adjusting the electrode size or by use of different substrate materials if slotline is applied to the ground. This research will be useful for the optimization of modulators.
