钨掺杂对钴粉的结构和形貌的影响

摘    要:研究了钨掺杂对钴粉的形貌和结构的影响 ,钨掺杂是在化学沉淀过程中实现的。通过扫描电镜观察粉末的微观形貌 ,用 X-射线衍射分析粉末的相成分 ,并用费氏仪测量粉末的粒度。结果表明 ,通过钨掺杂能制取 FSSS为 1.0~ 1.5μm的球形钴粉

Abstract:The influences of tungsten-doping which was accomplished during the chemical precipitation,upon the morphology and structure of cobalt powder were studied.The morphologies of power were analyzed by SEM,the phase compositions by X-ray diffraction,and the averages size by Fsss.The experiments showed spherical cobalt powder with Fsss 1.0-1.5μm can be prepared by tungsten-doping.
