防热材料高温烧蚀-相变特性的细观研究

摘    要:通过高温环境下防热材料体积烧蚀机理的分析,利用细观力学的Eshelby等效夹杂方法研究了材料烧蚀-相变特性和热力学性能变化规律。假设材料热化学反应后热解生成相介质统计均匀分布,考虑了热解反应产生的气孔与固体相介质之间的相互作用,预报了不同基体材料弹性模量随温度、加温速率之间的变化关系,并与实验结果对照,吻合较好。

Abstract:According to the analysis of the volume ablative mechanism of thermal protective materials under elevated temperatures, the ablation phase transformation properties and the thermomechanical behavior of the materials are investigated by Eshelby equivalent inclusion method. The interaction among different phases by thermal chemical reaction is considered using the hypothesis of the statistical uniform distribution for the pyrolytic phases (in the vacuum environment) in the materials. The elastic moduli of different matrix materials under different temperatures and heating rates are predicted. The results are in good agreement with experimental data.
