| 摘 要： | 研究了狭叶珍珠菜(Lysimachia pentapetala Bunge)的化学成分。利用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化,通过各种理化方法及光谱分析鉴定其化学结构。从狭叶珍珠菜石油醚和乙酸乙酯提取物中分离得到了10个化合物:β-谷甾醇(1),β-胡萝卜苷(2),α-胡萝卜苷(3),原儿茶酸(4),对-羟基苯乙醇(5),丁香酸(6),(-)-表儿茶素(7),2′,5-二羟基-6,6′,7,8-四用氧基黄酮(8),厚朴酚(9),齐墩果酸(10)。

| Abstract: | The chemical constituents of Lysimachia pentapetala Bunge were separated and analysized.Ten compounds were isolated by silica gel column,reverse phase column(RP-18),Sephadex LH-20,MPLC and semi-pre HPLC,and identified by 1D NMR,2D NMR,MS,IR and UV.They are β-sitosterol(1),β-daucosterol(2),α-daucosterol(3),3,4-dihydroxy-benzoic acid(4),p-hydroxyphenethyl alcohol(5),caryophyllic acid.(6),(-)-epicatechin(7),2′,5-dihydroxy-6,6′,7,8-tetramethoxyflavone(8),magnolol(9),oleanolic acid(10). |
