| 摘 要： | 介绍了自贡鸿鹤化工股份有限公司氯碱厂BiTAC-829型复极式电解槽运行7年后,进入周期性检修的情况.通过充分调研使用CEC电解槽较早的部分厂家技术情况以及维修厂家情况,确定检修厂家和检修技术方案.计划性修复后,平均单元槽压由3.373 V降至3.012 V.1年节电价值697 459元,1年即可收回返修技改成本.

| Abstract: | The situations of bipolar-type ion-exchange membrane electrolyzers BiTAC-829 at the Chlor-Alkali Plant of Zigong Honghe Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd.are introduced,after the electrolyzers have been running for seven years and examined periodically.The overhaul enter-prises and the overhaul plans are defined by fully investigating and studying the technology situations of some plants which started employing CEC electrolyzers earlier.After the electrolyzers are repaired by planning,the average voltage of unit electrolyzer is reduced from 3.373 V to 3.012 V,the electricity charge is saved by RMB$ 697 459/a and the cost for repairing and technological innovation should have been recouped within one year. |
