摘    要:提出一种带喷口角无焰氧化燃烧器,该燃烧器在圆周上均匀地交叉布置6个空气喷口和6个燃料喷口,燃料喷口与燃烧器轴线向外成一定倾角.通过数值模拟研究了该燃烧器燃烧区域和附近区域的速度、温度和氮氧化物排放特性.燃烧器的空气射流具有较强的卷吸能力,空气和燃料混合更均匀,燃烧也更均匀,因此具有较低的燃烧温度和氮氧化物生成率.

Abstract:A flameless oxidation burner with inclined nozzles is proposed. Six air nozzles and six fuel nozzles are evenly and alternatively arranged in a circle, and the fuel nozzles are inclined outwards to the burner axis. The velocities, temperatures and nitrogen oxides emissions in the combustion area and its nearby area of the burner are studied by numerical simulation. The burner has low burning temperature and low formation rate of nitrogen oxides due to its strong air entrainment capacity, even mixing of air and fuel and even combustion.
