| 摘 要： | 农网改造过程中的流程化管理是规范工程管理程序、提升工程管理质量、缩短工程建设周期、强化工程各环节要素管理的有效途径。而信息化在流程化管理中的科学运用，可以最大限度地保证管理目标的高效落实。文章将结合濮阳供电公司农网升级改造工程实例，对信息化在农网升级改造工程流程化管理过程中的应用进行阐述。

| Abstract: | The process management for the rural power network upgrade is an effective way to standardize project management,improve project management quality,shorten construction periods,and strengthen key parts management in different project stages.The scientific application of informatization in the process management will be helpful to efficiently obtains the management goals to the maximum extent.Combing with the rural power network upgrade project in Puyang Electric Power Supply Company,this paper describes the application of informatization in the rural power network upgrade process management. |
