摘    要:结合我国智能电网配电自动化工程建设。研究了石家庄市配电网管理系统存在的问题及主要信息来源,提出了搭建遵循IEC61970/61968国际标准的信息交互总线的设计思路。通过该信息交互总线的建设,配电网自动化管理系统可以从能量管理系统(EnergyManagementSystem,EMS)、生产管理系统(ProductionManagementSystem,PMS)、客服系统、用电采集系统获取各类实时数据、静态数据、图形数据等,从而提高了配电网的集中监控、故障诊断、快速恢复供电等能力。

Abstract:Combining with the smart grid distribution automation project construction,this paper studies the existing issues of main information sources of Shijiazhuang distribution network management system,proposes a design idea for information exchange bus(IEB) according to the IEC61970/61968.Using the proposed IEB,the distribution network automation management system can obtains several kinds of real-time data,static data,and graphic data from energy management system(EMS),production management system(PMS),customer service system,electricity acquisition system,and improve the distribution network’s functions of centralized monitoring,fault diagnosis,and fast restoration of supply.
