EMS系统数据在电能量计量系统中的应用

随着电力系统自动化水平的不断提高及计算机技术的发展,电力系统的能量管理系统（以下称为EMS）和电能量计量系统（以下称为TMR）的数据共享势在必行。一方面EMS系统采集的实时电量数据（以下称积分电量）更加准确,能给予TMR系统的采集数据（以下称采集电量）以比较对照,核查采集电量的正确性;另一方面可以使2个系统的数据达到更大程度的共享和利用,使2系统间的联系得到加强,使得电力自动化的监控程度变得更高,并为电力系统其他子系统间数据共享提供可能。文章着重介绍EMS系统的数据通过一定的方式传到TMR系统的数据库,并通过TMR系统的Web发布得到具体应用。

Application of EMS Data in the TMR System

With the increasing automation level of electric systems and the development of computer technologies, it is necessary to share data between the energy management system (EMS) and Tele-Meter reading(TMR) in electronic systems. Because the real-time data (also called the integral data ) from the EMS are more accurate than the data (also called the collected data) from the TMR, sharing data between the above two systems will help to check the correctness of the collected data from the TMR, strengthen their relationship, enhance the monitoring level of electronic automation systems, and make sharing data with other systems possible. This paper describes a way of transferring EMS data to the database of the TMR and application of these data in web applications of the TMR in detail.
