以EPC模式开展大型企业信息化建设

设计、采购和建造（Engineering、Procurement、Construction，EPC）工程总承包的建设模式在工程建设领域已经成功应用了多年。并且逐步发展成为一种与国际接轨的主要工程建设模式。我国大型企业的信息化建设。在技术复杂、投资额度大、项目管理难度大等几个方面同样具备应用EPC的前提。文章从解决大型企业信息化建设中的几个关键问题出发，进行了应用EPC模式的必要性分析；从EPC模式和大型企业信息化建设特点出发。分析了大型企业信息化建设应用EPC模式的可行性，提出了应用EPC模式的几点建议，最后结合EPC的建设思路，进行了风险分析和应用前景展望。

Large-scale Enterprise Informatization Construction using the EPC mode

Engineering,procurement,construction(EPC) mode has been successfully applied for many years,and has gradually developed into one of main international project construction modes.From aspects of the complexity of technology,the amount of investment and the difficulty of project management,the conditions of application of the EPC mode to our country large-scale enterprise informatization construction have been meet.To solve several issues of the large-scale enterprise informatization construction,this paper analyzes the necessity of application of the EPC mode,proposes several suggestions,assesses risks and prospects the application prospect combining with EPC construction ideas.
