一体化电网信息调度管理系统应用研究

为实现国家电网公司＂十二五＂总体发展战略目标,需要建设完善的信息调度管理体系,统一指挥协调信息运行工作。文章阐述了信息调度管理体系的建设方法和成果,从组织保障、制度建设和技术支撑3个层面构建适应公司信息化发展的新一代信息调度运行体系。通过一体化信息调度管理平台的建设和应用,实现信息资源高效配置,提高信息资源的利用效率,促进信息与业务的融合发展。

Application Research on the Integrated Power Grid Information Dispatching Management System

In order to achieve State Grid "12th five-year plan" overall development strategic objectives, there is a need to build perfect information dispatching management system to uniformly command and coordinate operation and maintenance of information systems. This paper describes construction methods and achievements of the information dispatching management system. As a new generation of information dispatching operation system, the system is built to adapt to the company informatization development from three aspects of organization guarantee, institution construction and technical support. The integrated information dispatching management platform construction and application improves the utilization of information resources through efficient resource configuration, and further promotes the integration of the development of information and business.
