Development and Application of the Supervision Management and Control Platform

The engineering supervision is important for the power industry to ensure power construction projects’completion on schedule with good quality.Thus,there is a need of a powerful information system for the supervision process to analyze critical data,integrate all kinds of supervision information resources,and improve the execution of supervision and scientific decision.This paper develops a management and control platform for the power engineering supervision,which focuses on the project schedule,timely finds the existing problems by using data query,report analysis and statistics,and gets a full grasp on the project construction supervision process.The proposed platform makes all businesses from different departments of a supervisory company comprehensive integration,and can meet the business needs of effective managements.
