| 摘 要： | ERP系统是国家电网公司落实国家信息化战略的具体实践,是融合先进管理思想对企业整体资源进行有效管理的一体化企业级信息系统。ERP数据质量的好坏直接决定企业信息化建设及各项业务能否正常开展的成败,因此,为保证导入ERP系统近千万条数据的正确性,通过对数据要求及特点的研究,开发了一套宏校验工具。实际应用效果表明,宏校验工具的应用大大减轻了数据检测人员的劳动强度,提高了数据正确性及检测速度。

| Abstract: | ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) systems are the major carriers of implementing informatization for State Grid,and also are integrated enterprise-level information systems,which can effectively manage enterprise’s resources by compromising the advanced management ideas.Whether the enterprise informatization constructions and all kinds of business operations are successful or not directly depends on the data quality of ERP systems.Thus,to ensure the accuracy of importing millions of data into ERP systems,this paper develops a macro validation tool by considering data requirements and characteristics.Practical application results show that the tool can not only remarkably reduce the workload of data checkers,but also improve data quality and validation efficiency. |
